Acceptable Use Policy

Use the Service lawfully and fairly

This policy applies to everyone who uses ai krishi. It supports the Terms of Use.

You must not

• Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Access, or try to access, data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use, including data outside your role or jurisdiction.
• Upload land records, photos or documents of others without proper authority.
• Submit false information to obtain benefits, claims or approvals, or to mislead others.
• Scrape, harvest, mirror or bulk-extract data, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, overload or disrupt the Service, or bypass security or access controls.
• Introduce malware or send automated or abusive traffic.
• Use outputs to harass, discriminate against or endanger others.

What we may do

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend or end access, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where an institution administers your account, we may inform it.
