Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ai krishi website and platform (the Service), operated by Twor Consulting Engineers Private Limited (we, us, the Company). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The Service

ai krishi is an AI-assisted agricultural information and decision-support platform for farmers, producer organisations, markets and public institutions. Features vary by role and by the agreement under which an institution deploys the platform.

Accounts and roles

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• Your role determines what you can see and do. You must not try to access data outside your role or jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

AI-generated content

The Service produces advice, alerts, scores, forecasts and summaries using AI and statistical methods. These are decision support only. Please read the AI and advisory disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you submit, such as field boundaries, photos, messages, documents and reports. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and analyse that content to operate and improve the Service for you and, in aggregated or de-identified form, to improve the Service generally. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

Institutional deployments

Where an institution deploys ai krishi under a written agreement, that agreement governs the institution’s use. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for that institution.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, models, knowledge base and documentation belong to the Company or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or build competing services from it, except as the law allows.

Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third-party providers for items such as AI models, satellite imagery, weather data and market prices. We do not control these and they may change or be unavailable. Their data may contain errors or delays.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with notice where practicable.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI-generated content or third-party data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of crops, income, profit or data arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or a nominal sum if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the acceptable use policy, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Company’s registered office. The courts at that location have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution procedure in an institutional agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
