ai krishi

For producer organisations and markets

Turn many small farms into one reliable supply.

A producer organisation is only as strong as what it knows about its members' fields. ai krishi maps every member field, forecasts what will arrive and when, and puts live prices and risk in front of the people who negotiate, buy and lend.

The problem

Four problems every organisation lives with

Each one is an information problem before it is a money problem.

Not knowing what you have

What goes wrong today

  • Sown area and crop mix are on paper, or in someone’s memory
  • Harvest windows are guessed, so buyers and transport are booked late
  • A weather or pest event hits members and nobody sees it until they call

What ai krishi does

  • Every member field mapped once, with crop and satellite crop-health history
  • Crop-wise volume and harvest-window forecasts across all members
  • Village-wise risk and alerts, so you act before members phone

Selling as one, not as many

What goes wrong today

  • Buyers cannot find reliable volume, so members sell singly at a discount
  • Price signals reach the organisation after the buyer already has them
  • No early view of a glut or a shortage

What ai krishi does

  • One aggregated supply view buyers and procurement teams can plan against
  • Live prices against support prices, with arrival and trend views
  • Early surplus and shortage signals so sales are timed, not rushed

Buying and serving members

What goes wrong today

  • Inputs are bought piecemeal, at retail prices
  • Advice reaches members by phone calls and meetings, if at all
  • Language and literacy gaps leave some members out

What ai krishi does

  • Collective input demand worked out from the crop plan
  • AI advisor and field alerts for every member, in their language, on WhatsApp too
  • Photo crop scan reduces wrong sprays and wasted spend

Finance, records and reporting

What goes wrong today

  • Lenders see a group of unknowns, so credit is slow or dear
  • Member records and reports are compiled by hand
  • No evidence trail for loss, insurance or scheme claims

What ai krishi does

  • Risk and finance views grounded in crop health and weather exposure
  • Member-level records and generated reports from live data
  • Field-level evidence ready for insurers and lenders, shared with member consent

FAQ

Questions organisations ask

How do we get member fields onto the platform?

Members or field staff draw each boundary once on a map. Land-record photos are read by the AI, and the member confirms before anything is saved. There is no long data-entry form.

How accurate are the volume forecasts?

They are estimates built from sown area, crop health and weather, and they improve through the season. Where data is thin the platform shows low confidence rather than a false number.

Who owns the member data?

The member owns their data and the organisation sees what its role allows. Read the privacy policy for the detail.

Does it replace our staff?

No. It removes the phone-tag and paperwork so staff spend their time on members, buyers and negotiations.

Start with one organisation.

A single season with a handful of villages shows what better information is worth to your members.
